Important Information
To maintain a consistent professional standard, all manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format as a single file, using 12-point Times New Roman font. The structure of the paper should typically follow the IMRaD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion), ensuring that each section is clearly labeled with bold headings. This consistency is vital for readability and helps our layout editors prepare the final proofs efficiently.

Paper Structure: IMRaD Format
Introduction
Provide a background, statement of the problem, aim or objective of the study, brief literature survey (conceptual clarification [if any], brief review of recent empirical studies [if any], and theoretical framework [if required]).
Methodology
This may include research design, research population, the sample size, sampling technique, method of data collection or source of data (in the case of secondary data), and method of analysis.
Result
Result should be well presented and minimize the use of many tables (3 maximum), emphasis should be on inference or conclusion from the result in the table(s), not repeating the obvious in the table. Ensure each table should be labelled as ‘Table 1, Table 2, Table 3’, etc; and figures as ‘Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3’, etc.’ Figures must be of high resolution.
Discussion of findings
The discussion should be on the implications of the result. This should interpret the significance of the findings of the work and compare with previous studies (with appropriate citations of recent works).
Conclusion
This section should be a summary of the key findings with reference to the aims or objectives set out in the introduction. It should clearly communicate the outcome of the study. This section may not require the citation of other authors. This section should end with the relevant recommendations based only on the result of the findings.
